Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us and request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, sealed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@b-strong.shop. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right where appropriate.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed supplement products.

We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to contact us first. If a return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. The item must be unused, unopened, sealed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
